Her talk, “Beating Cancer while Shaping Science in South-East Europe”, highlighted the transformative impact of ion beam therapy on cancer care, showcasing SEEIIST’s commitment to advancing healthcare and scientific innovation in South-East Europe.
In her presentation, Dr. Damjanovic shared SEEIIST’s vision to make Hadron Therapy accessible in South-East Europe, reflecting SEEIIST’s role at the intersection of cancer therapy and science diplomacy.
